They will learn how to make the fresh dough an the better way to rool it out and cut in different ways: tagliatelle, ravioli, tortelloni and their filling.
- 2nd Group: Sauces for Crostini
They will learn how to make 3 or 4 different sauces for crostini and how to present them to guests.
- 3rd Group: Ciambellone & Cantuccini cookies
They will learn how to prepare a traditional tuscan cake, to be tasted with Vinsanto, a typical dessert wine
