1st DAY
Highlights of the day: Parma

Arrive at Malpensa airport and transfer to Parma.
Check-in at the reserved hotel.
Soon after check-in departure for a guided tour of the city with visit of the Duomo, or Cathedral, the Baptistery of Antelami, the Royal Theater, or Teatro Regio and Piazza Garibaldi.Return at the hotel. Dinner and overnight.

2nd DAY
Highlights of the day: Bologna- Forlimpopoli

Breakfast at the hotel.
After breakfast departure to Bologna for a guided visit of downtown including the city’s romantic porticos, the historical University and the picturesque Piazza Maggiore.Typical lunch in a local restaurant to taste Mortadella and Tortellini.After lunch proceed on to Forlimpopoli and visit to” Casa Artusi”, a center of gastronomic culture dedicated to science in the kitchen and the art of eating well.
Carved out during the restoration of the monumental compleax of the Chiesa dei Servi, the Center is a vast building that hosts different expressions of the food culture. Casa Artusi with its library, restaurant, cooking school, wine cellar and events area is a museum of home cooking.Possibility to taste the famous Sangiovese wine.Return back to Parma.
Dinner and overnight.




3rd DAY
Highlights of the day: The Prosciutto di Parma & the Parmigiano Reggiano

Breakfast at the hotel.
After breakfast departure to Langhirano for the visit of the Museo Del Prosciutto. 
Tasting lunch at the Prosciutteria and Bottega dei Sapori.
After lunch departure to Soragna for the visit of Museo del Parmigliano Reggiano.
At the end of the visit tasting of this delicious cheese.
Transfer to a classical agriturismo in Castelvetro di Modena.
Dinner and overnight.



4th  DAY
Highlights of the day: Modena’s vinegar & Castelvetro di Modena

Breakfast at the hotel.After breakfast guided visit of the Castello di Levizzano Rangone and the Campo S.Rocco (cemetery dating back to Napoleon's period, one of the rare examples in Italy) to discover the ancient past of Castelvetro.After the visit time free to explore the impressive village of Borgo di Castelvetro , among towers, churches and ancient palaces.Lunch free.After lunch departure to Modena for the visit of a vinegar cellar,” Acetaia Paltrinieri”, a ancient villa surrounded by vineyards producing the typical grapes for the production of the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar: Trebbiano and Lambrusco. Return back to Castelvetro di Modena for dinner and overnight.




5th  DAY
Breakfast at the hotel.
After breakfast departure to Milan for the flight back home.
