1st DAY
Arrival at Fiumicino airport.
Meeting with the guide and visit of one of the most enchanting parts of Rome: Colosseum, Arco di Costantino & Fori Imperiali.Typical lunch in Trastevere area.
In the afternoon free time.
Check-in at the hotel.

2nd DAY
Breakfast at the hotel.
After breakfast departure for a FD excursion to Roman Castles on the famous “Wine's path”.
Guided visit of the Wine's Museum located in the old village of Monte Porzio Catone with a short walk along its characteristic lanes and then stop in a frascati renowned wine cellar, where we will combine the visit of the farm with the tasting of typical specialities, accompanied by local wines. Lunch at a local restaurant. Afterwards transfer to Frascati, with guided visit of one of the famous Villas of Reinassance. Proceed on to the impressive Abbazia di San Nilo in Grottaferrata, which contins one of the most ancient and richest religious libraries in Italy. Panoramic tour of Albano's lake, of Castel Gandolfo city center and at the end one of the famous “fraschette” in Ariccia.
Return back to the hotel.

3rd DAY
Breakfast at the hotel.
After breakfast departure to Farfa for the visit of the famous Abbey, considered one of the most important monuments of the Middle Age. Proceed on to Castelnuovo di Farfa for the visit of the “Olive oil's museum”.                                                                 
Lunch in a characteristic farm  with tasting of the ancient flavours of Sabina's cooking.
In the afternoon proceed on with the visit of a oil mill: You will  have not only the possibility to taste the olive oil on toasted bread but to learn the processing and production's techniques of this enogastronomical italian food.Visit proceeds on with the visit of small villages like Toffia, Licenza and Nerola with its impressive Roman Castle of the noble and ancient Family Orsini. Return back in the late evening.

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast transfer to cooking school “A Tavola con lo chef” .
Cooking course with preparation of some typical dishes of Roma's tradition. 
Taste the end result and judge yourself! After lunch transfer in the city centre to enjoy the shopping's streets.Transfer back to the hotel before dinner.

5th  DAY
Breakfast at the hotel.
After breakfast departure to Rome airport for the flight back home.
