and her friend Giovanna Arcangeli fixed up the ancient bakery at the footsteps
of Ponte Mezo to open this restaurant
and wine bar that focuses on slow food and traditional Italian dishes.
You will learn not only how to make a full traditional Venetian menu but also
delicious Venetian pastries and desserts, such as Venetian biscuits, chocolate
cakes, meringues, tiramisu and bussola.
